Another week of getting stuff done.  Things are really beginning to take shape around here.  There is a lot of work involved with a new business.  Everybody is excited and anxious for things to take off.  It is far too easy to get caught up in things without taking care of the necessities.  This is equally important when fixing your own appliances.

Our appliance tech mentioned in the last post about getting yourself to a clear and clean work area.  Expending on that includes making sure you take care of your tools as well.  I'm not saying that each tool needs to be polished after every use but rather that we don't neglect them.  Leaving them outside overnight, not wiping them clean of oils, paint, goop, etc...  Some brands can tolerate abuse better then others.  That is not a reason to not take care of them.  No one wants their appliance to breakdown.  It is even worse when we are trying to fix them and we can't find a tool we need.  Worse then that is that we do have the tool but it is busted from neglect.  Take care of your tools so that when you do need them, they are ready to go.
